Clara Learning Ltd. was established in 2003 by the company’s directors Mr. Colm Lehane and
Ms. Louise Lehane. Our Company offices are located in Co. Kilkenny.
Managing Directors
Colm Lehane - B.Soc.Sc, MSW, PGC Applied Organisational Development.
​Colm Lehane is a qualified (CORU registered) social worker with over thirty years’ experience and provides consultancy and training services in the UK and Ireland to social work/social care and health organisations. Colm has worked in statutory, voluntary and private sectors both in Ireland and the UK.
Colm’s experience, knowledge and expertise in the area of safeguarding means he is commissioned to investigate, review and advise on complex safeguarding concerns in organisations.

Colm also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Organisational Development and is a registered Mediator, having completed a Certificate in Mediation in 2014.
Louise Lehane - Dip SW, BA (Hons) Social Work, eMBA.
Louise Lehane is a qualified (CORU registered) social worker with over 30 years’ experience of working in social work and social care settings; at operational, management and executive level. Louise has worked in statutory, voluntary and private sectors both in Ireland and the UK.
Louise specialises in service development and management, including strategic service development, corporate governance and compliance, social work practice, human resource and financial management.

Louise also has an Executive Masters in Business Administration (eMBA) and combines extensive experience with knowledge of compliance and governance systems, risk analysis, decision making, and ethical leadership.
Office Management and Administration
Jane English is an experienced Office Manager and Financial Administrator. Jane has worked
with Clara Learning Ltd for over 15 years and ensures the effective operation of all
administrative systems. Jane is supported in her role by part time administrative support staff.
​Associate Consultants
Clara Learning Ltd. commissions qualified and experienced specialists for joint working on a
range of projects. Our Associate Consultants have qualifications in social work, health (nursing)
and human resources management and have worked in both statutory, voluntary and private
sectors.
